Major localities of Lutyens’ banglow sale Delhi are Amrita Shergill Marg, Aurangzeb Road, Prithviraj Road, Bhagwandas Road, Tilak Marg and Golf Links. Recently, Lutyens bungalow sale here has come into limelight which is being sold through Sotheby’s International Realty. The price of this bungalow has been kept at Rs 325 crore. Sotheby’s has refused to reveal the name of its owner but on scanning the QR code given in the advertisement for Lutyens bungalow sale, its address appears to be Ferozshah Road. After some inquiry, it was found that this bungalow belonged to an industrialist, who was related to a famous cricketer.
